Shakingly, Veil raises the slipper again. Preparing to squish the dragon below, as Gemini watches, broom held tightly to her.

TWACK. Veil, eyes shut, smashes the slipper down with all his might.

Veil peeks through one eye

Veil turns the slipper over. Nothing. “Where is it?”, he asks. Gemini behind him opens to speak, but terror keeps her from saying anything.

Tears form in Gemini's eyes. “Err ...uhm” she squeeks as she shakenly points a finger up.

Frustrated, Veil looks towards Gemini. “Do you see it?”, he asks. She points, but isn't able to form words. “Gemini, Where is it?”, Veil exclaims panickedly. Behind him, stuck onto the middle of his back, is the missing dragon.

Gemini screeches, “It's on your back”. The dragon holds tighter to Veil's shirt.

Veil cranes his neck back as far as it would allow. His hair prickles, and shoulders rise in horror. Gemini raises her broom, reading a strike. “Don't touch it! They carry all kinds of gross curses!”, she screeches. The word Gross seems to ooze out her mouth.
